Q. What countries do you accept members from? A. We accept members from all countries but the following: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, North Korea.

Q. How do I cancel my recurring charge? A. If you paid via Alert Pay or STP, cancel your subscription at your account 7 days before it is set to recur. If you paid via credit card, contact us with the last 4 digits on your card to cancel 7 days before your subscription is set to renew.

Q. Do you have a pay it forward program? A. Yes we do. If you can advertise and refer, but don't have the $15 to get started, then one of our members will sponsor you into our program. Before you can withdraw any commissions, you must earn your 8 positions from advertising, and after you are earning a nice income, you must set up a recurring monthly subscription. Q. How much does your program cost? A. It is $15 every two months recurring. You can cancel the recurring charge anytime though and not lose any positions. You will simply not receive any more positions in the matrix beyond what you have paid for.

Q. What services or products do I get? A. You can add one banner and one text to advertise here on our site with unlimited impressions per position. You can add one web site of your choice to be viewed by members when they login. You also get 9 traffic exchange upgrades at nine top traffic exchanges, access to our private members forum and chat room. Plus web site hosting for your domain. This package is worth far more then the $15 you will pay every two months!

Q. Who runs this program and where are you located?  A. Advertise to earn is apart of the MTE Enterprises network of sites and we are located out of the United States. We have been in business online since 2006 and run several successful advertising and affiliate programs and have 1000’s of members.

Q. Do I have to refer paid members to earn? A. No. You actually can sign up and do nothing and you will earn from your one position from spill over. Of course, the more paid members you refer, and the more you advertise your affiliate url, the more you can earn.

Q. I don't know how to advertise, can I still participate? A. Yes. You need no marketing experience to participate in our program. We will show you how to drive at least 1000 hits or more a week to your affiliate url so you can earn those additional positions in less then 1/2 hour a day.

Q. I don't have the time to advertise, what do I do? A. We have an affordable advertising coop that you can join for only $10 a month. We will deliver 100 live hits to your referral url daily, and this will count towards the hits you need to get your extra positions and its done 100% automatic, you don't have to do a thing.

Q. How many positions do I get in the matrix? A. You can get up to ten positions in the matrix from one $15 payment. You start off with 1. For every 1000 hits you send to your affiliate url you can earn one additional position, up to 5 total from 5000 hits. The last four positions are given to you automatic after you send 5000 hits. That is 10 total.

Q. What type of advertising do you prohibit? A. Any advertising that is spam, and using auto surf sites are prohibited. Any members who are caught using either forms of these will forfeit their positions and all commissions earned. We track all hits to all members affiliate urls to verify where your traffic is coming from.

Q. How fast will I earn? A. We cannot guarantee how fast you will make money. Its impossible to tell you this as there are way to many factors in place. You could start earning tomorrow, or it could be six months down the line. Remember though, this is a long term income plan, not a get rich quick scheme.

Q. Where do my personal referrals go when they sign up, and what about the positions earned from advertising or recruiting? A. Your personal referrals main position, and the next 5 positions earned from sending up to 5000 hits to their affiliate url go under you in your matrix and you will earn from them every two months. 4 positions earned after they have sent 5000 hits to their urls goes to the team matrix via our team link and spill down into the matrix in the next open position.
